GOOD ENERGY. TO GO.

A brand with
a sunny side.

A confident wordmark. A little seed-and-sun symbol. A color system that travels from storefront to sauce pot.

FALUZI is a coined name with a falafel echo and room for the whole menu. The identity celebrates everyday abundance, without borrowing another restaurant's story.

06 / LET'S MAKE ROOM FOR SOMETHING GOOD

Our next ingredient?
The right location.

A distinctive, approachable food concept for a walkable neighborhood, mixed-use center, or active daytime corridor.

THE FIRST FALUZI / WORKING SITE BRIEF
1,500–2,500square feet · target footprint
18–26seats · concept range

Street visibility, a legible storefront, lunch and early evening demand, and easy pickup access. A compact dining room supported by a capable production kitchen.

What makes the location work +

Visible frontage, pedestrian access, nearby residents and workers, and convenient collection. Validate demand, competition, delivery access, rent, and occupancy costs for each candidate.

What the space needs +

Restaurant use approval; a suitable extraction and fire-suppression solution for shawarma and frying; grease handling; sufficient electrical, gas if used, plumbing, refrigeration, and handwashing. Confirm accessible entry, restrooms, egress, and landlord permissions with local professionals.

How we keep the opening focused +

Two core proteins, four signatures, shared vegetables and toppings, six sauces, and a short sides and drinks menu. Standardize portions, test recipes and service, and verify food cost before final pricing.

What comes before signing +

Site-specific feasibility, recipe and supplier trials, an equipment and staffing plan, buildout quotes, sales and cash-flow scenarios, brand clearance, and lease review. This concept pitch does not assume a permitted site or a validated business forecast.

BEHIND THE CONCEPT

The thoughtful bits.

This is a new concept proposal, not an operating restaurant. No affiliation with the reference brands is implied.

Inspiration, interpreted independently

Original identity & name screening

FALUZI, its original identity, and sauce concepts were developed for this pitch. Preliminary exact-name web screening on November 5, 2026 found no obvious restaurant or food-brand match for FALUZI. This is not trademark clearance. Similar names, common-law rights, domains, and social handles require further review before investment. USPTO search guidance ↗

The sauce names

Ahlan means “welcome”; Ya Salam expresses delight; Akhdar means “green”; Nar means “fire”; Shams means “sun”; Rumman means “pomegranate”. Nar Nar is playful house wordplay. Ingredient subtitles explain each sauce, and pronunciation guides use English letters.

Language references: Routledge Arabic frequency dictionary ↗ (Ahlan, Ya Salam); Cambridge: green ↗ and sun ↗; PONS: fire ↗; Saudi Ministry pomegranate guide ↗.

Food & operating assumptions

All prices are proposed USD amounts before tax. No calorie, protein, halal certification, organic sourcing, or gluten-free preparation claims are made. Plant-based labels describe recipe intent; confirm ingredients and cross-contact controls before service. Portion sizes, sauce recipes, allergen information, speed, and economics require trials.

Visuals

Original logo, food styling, packaging, and interior images were created with AI image generation. They illustrate a design direction; they are not photos of finished products or an existing store.
